Who We Are

OUR PROGRAM

We’re a family of seven raising dogs the way they were meant to be raised: right alongside kids, chaos, fresh air, and real life.

Our home is where bare feet meet muddy paws, where play happens inside and out, and where puppies grow up in the rhythm of family life.

We believe that the best dogs are raised with the best kind of love: consistent, natural, and full of real connection. Our breeding program doesn’t just focus on health and temperament (though we do that too) — it’s about wholeness. Puppies raised here are shaped by the same values that shape our children: love, patience, resilience, trust, and joy.

Idaho Shag (Dam)

Our Idaho Shag mama, Waffles, is the fearless greeter of the homestead—equal parts affection and cleanup crew, always eager for a lick, a hello, or a crumb.

Bingo

Border Collie (Stud)

Bingo, our Border Collie dad, runs like poetry in motion—chasing butterflies by day and curling up close by night, always ready to be there for his family.

Our Process

HOW TO APPLY

1) Apply

Fill out our application so we can learn about your home, lifestyle, and hopes for your future dog.

2) Connect

We’ll have a conversation to make sure we’re a good match. We don’t place puppies without knowing the people first.

3) Reserve

Once approved, you can place a $200 deposit to hold your spot in the litter or waitlist.

4) Go-Home

At 8 weeks, your puppy is ready to come home! You’ll receive a starter kit, health records, and guidance for the transition.

We had an amazing experience with Homegrown Hounds. We were nervous about getting a puppy and were unsure how the experience would go with our kids.
